The Cooperage Bistro

Proprietor/Manager: Ian Shannon

The Cooperage Bistro is the last remaining building of the Old Comber Distillery. This historic walk with the past is where the casks were made for the world famous Comber Whiskey. The building has retained an old worldly atmosphere with a real log fire, stone walls and candle light. It is a perfect place to leave modern cares behind and enjoy snacks, lunch on a 'worldly cuisine' influenced evening meal. Traditional with a Twist.
