Killyleagh Yacht Club

Situated on the west shore of Strangford Lough, South of the red brick Town Rock Beacon. The Club has a good landing pontoon, which gives easy access to shops, hotel, restaurants, bank, garage, taxies and buses. However there is no overnight berthing at this pontoon. Members cruisers are moored in 2 - 4 metres SSW of Town Rock. Visitors are welcome to anchor outside the moorings. Club members race Cruisers, Flying Fifteens, Lightenings and dinghies. KYC is the most centrally positioned Yacht Club and with assistance from all the other clubs on the lough, looks forward to hosting the first ever: - Strangford Lough Race Week 13th - 16th July, 2005.
