Hawthorn and Beetroot Salad
- 3lbs hawthorn leaves
- 2 cooked beetroots, diced
- French dressing
Wash the hawthorn buds or young leaves and combine with the diced beetroot. Add the French dressing and mix well. The taste of the hawthorn leaves is very light and delicate.
