Hazel Nut Butter
- 125g hazel nuts
- 500g butter
Blanch the hazel nuts with boiling water, and cut and pound, sprinkling with a little water, to produce a smooth paste. Mix paste and butter in a bowl and rub through a sieve. Keep in airtight containers.
