Marvel at the wonder of the Strangford Stone, a 10 metres high megalith, erected using the muscle power of 1000 young people - not an easy task when you consider that it weights 25 tonnes! Quarried from Mourne granite, Strangford Stone is a fitting monument to mark the millennium.
The park is situated and signposted on the A22 Downpatrick - Comber Road, 8Km from Downpatrick and 1.5Km from Killyleagh.
