The beach is situated and signposted on the A2 Killough to Clough Road.

The beach is opened every day of the year. The beach centre is open and a Warden Service provided at weekends, from Easter to September (9am to 5pm) and daily during the summer season (9am to 5pm). Nominal Entrance Charge.

• Keep dogs under proper control
• Leave no Litter
• Do not pick flowers, protect wildlife
• Avoid damaging fences
• No motor vehicles or horse riding in the dunes
• No fires or camping
• No shooting
• No jet skis
• Stay to designated paths and areas
