Ulster Wildlife TrustThe Ulster Wildlife Trust was founded in 1978 with the aim of conserving the natural habitats of Northern Ireland. Since then the Trust has grown to become the major conservation organisation of Northern Ireland.

It is the mission of the Trust to 'ensure an Ulster rich in wildlife'. Our aim is 'to help everyone to recognise that a healthy environment, rich in wildlife and managed on sustainable principles, is essential for continued human existance'.

The main threatened habitats of Ireland are uniquely recreated within a Victorian walled garden allowing students to learn about bogland, wildflower meadows, woodlands and wetland.

We offer a wide range of programmes, including Woodland Safari, Pond Dipping and Environmental Games.
